the most fantastic dinner

dinner tonight was damn good.. relli relli damn good.. i have never eaten food like that in a house before.. my goodness... appetizer was already very filling.. with smoked salmon, salad, some duck and dunno what combination, mushroom pie.. all damn nice..

after that came the main course.. the fish was cooked to perfection.. relli.. its like so soft and tender.. and u can actually see the layers of fish fall apart.. and the buttery taste... and after that the beef.. though it was a bit raw for my liking.. but still no blood.. just the slightly rubbery taste but no blood!!

and the best thing at the end was the dessert.. 4 desserts to be specific.. there was tiramisu, white chocolate cheesecake, apple crumble and some chocolate bread pudding.. the tiramisu was heavenly.. and the cheesecake was like just nice.. u know.. sometimes when u are so full.. u arent able to stuff any cheesecake down anymore.. but this one.. cannot resist.. relli..

im so impressed with Y*ng's cooking.. my xiaodi is a damn lucky guy man..

the company was good too.. though me and bum realised that... hey .. a lot of the brothers are not there.. the pple who were there were like jc acquaintances.. but its just not the same as the brothers lah.. xiaodi was there of cos.. and s** m*ng and j**n.. and j**l came quite late.. but just in time for the dessert..

the other pple who were there were like my primary school classmate.. j*hn y** and his gf.. this fellow is the ultimate.. he was like... "hi.. im j*hn.. and u r??" and i was like.. "hey.. u know.. im actually ur primary school classmate???" haha.. anyway he is such a joker.. damn entertaining.. seems like back in school all over again.. and then.. there was j*nn*ng and gf.. and *dw*n (another *dw*n but not the brother *dw*n) and gf.. both of whom looked vaguely familiar.. but im quite sure i was never introduced to them before in jc.. and then *dr**n and wife.. and Y*ng's parents and brother and brother's gf and hmm... was it her sister?? and her bf.. and then.. hey u get the gist of it.. im not relli good at names.. so all i have is like.. sister lah.. brother lah.. gf lah.. bf lah.. haha :)

overall a damn good dinner.. relli relli damn good.. and great company :) oh yah.. and the house is damn big.. and there are like so many cars in the driveway.. i think 4 or 5 cars.. all damn high class ones some more.. lambo lah.. bmw 7 series lah.. m3 lah.. dunno wat else lah.. haha :) im not relli into cars.. but still.. the collection is damn impressive.. :)
