ERNST or ERNEST

hey.. are we ernst or ernest?? looking at my statcounter.. and there are pple who apparently eat snake during office hours to read my blog.. but it says there ERNEST & YOUNG instead of ERNST & YOUNG.... i tot we were ERNST? or am i wrong.. no wonder some people pronounce it as EARN-NEST instead of URNS-T
