london is gloomy? service is lousy?

pple used to tell me london is a gloomy place... i never knew what they meant.. but then.. on the journey from the airport to the hotel.. i feel somehow i know what they mean.. the sky is always overcast.. and it turns dark relli early.. like 4 to 5pm... and then the.. hmm.. i just looked up.. and there isnt a single person in the lobby.. getting a little bit goose bumpy..

but anyway.. the service here is quite bad.. im staying in this britannia hotel - the international hotel at marsh wall, london.. the recep sucks.. like no smile.. giving this kiampa face.. trying to ask them abt internet access.. and then.. they keep saying the lobby has free wireless.. but we dun wanna use the lobby one.. we wanna be in the comfort of the room mah.. but they couldnt understand why we were willing to pay.. and then when we were tokking to the concierge asking them for the wire cable.. cos their cable point is different.. they didnt have.. and he mentioned that from the 7th floor and above there is free wireless internet access.. bloody hell.. then why they put us on the 6th floor.. when we had specifically requested for internet access.. sighz.. in the end.. we are only changing rooms today.. my luggage is with me now.. in the lobby.. its such a bother.. considering we are only staying in this hotel for 2 nights.. they better make it right tonight..
