my ipod has died on me..

haiz.. something wrong with my ipod nano.. it cant switch on.. and it cant charge.. and then it could charge again.. and then cannot switch on still.. :( no more music to listen to.. and i have no music on my laptop.. its so quiet in the audit room in the shipping co that i can hear humming noises.. as in not singing humming but droning humming.. how do i go abt getting it fixed? anyone knows? i dunno when i bought it.. slightly more than a year back?? so should be no more guarantee.. but im sure it can be fixed..
