peak is finally over.. in my opinion.. yeah!!! im not supposed to be announcing this.. but its relli over leh.. hehe.. although i probably have to work late one of the days this week to finish up the accounts of the bloody company.. at least no more super tight deadlines.. :)

looking back, i think i have been quite harsh on the assistants on the shipping co team.. i know some of u read this.. hey.. dun be offended if i seem to be harsh and pls dun think its cos i mood swing or anything.. but seriously.. learn to be more responsible, more accountable, and train to work efficiently under stress... so.. dun take it to heart yah?

just know that life in this line is not always as easy.. seriously, the shipping co is a very easy job for assistants.. so.. dun think every job is like this.. and all of u gonna be seniors or team leaders in no time.. thats when the going gets tough.. so take this time to train up, and to learn to be independent, take initiative and lead, and the transition wun be so tough later on.. ok ok.. i shall stop preaching..

also wanna take this opportunity to thank you guys.. for all the hard work u all have put in.. even though some of the work u guys do seem boring or redundant, the seniors and i couldnt have finished this without u guys!!! oh and seniors of cos... all these couldnt have been completed so smoothly without u guys :) u are the greatest bunch :)
