headache and groggy..

i got tension headache.. thats what the doctor says.. i told him that i didnt use to get headaches.. and i haven been working late for the past 2 weeks.. but i have been getting headaches on and off in the past week.. and it relli gets to me.. he tells me its accumulated.. hence it will not hit me immediately during stressful periods.. in fact.. now is the time when the body is actually retaliating.. with the medication it should help to relieve the muscles...

oh well.. guess i cant do anything about it but guai guai eat the medicine.. anyway.. the medicine apparently causes drowsiness and there are instructions that i should not drive.. hmm.. mebbe i should take a bus or mrt tomolo.. feel like going office tomolo.. have to start reviewing the F company interim..
