paying my credit card bills

even though i was so lazy to go down and get my hp up.. i actually managed to force myself to drive to the esso petrol station at macpherson to pay my citibank bills.. else i would have had to call in again and tell them to waive the late charges again.. anyway.. took like almost an hour settling the bills.. cos first.. i just got the password to activate my atm card.. yes.. i have been without an atm card for more than a month.. i have survived in the past month by paying thru my credit card.. and pple giving me cash in return for their share of the food or drinks..

anyway.. the atm machine was quite ridiculous.. there was this option to activate debit card pin.. and i had oredi inserted my debit card to reach that part of the screen.. while anyway.. when i selected that option.. they asked me for my 16 digit debit card number.. simi?? i insert the card in oredi wat.. how will i memorise the 16 digit debit card number??? haiz.. in the end.. it turns out that i didnt relli need to activate it.. i just needed to change my pin number so that i dun have to keep carrying that paper with the pin number around..

got that done.. and then after that went to the axs machine outside.. all ready to pay my bill.. my daily limits for my ocbc atm card and my dbs debit card is $1k each.. and my bill was almost $2k.. and hence i had to process it in 2 different transactions.. and the machine is so slow.. and cos just now during dinner i had to withdraw $$ from ocbc.. i forgot that i had utilised part of the $1k limit.. and hence when i tried to pay $1k.. i kenna rejected.. wah.. pek chek.. then there was this woman behind me.. so i decided to let her go first.. shopped around the ntuc in the esso station.. and when i came out.. she was still not done.. apparently she had like 3 bills to pay.. and the super super slow machine of cos takes super super long to process them..

anyway.. finally.. managed to pay my bill.. and now im back home again.. drained so much energy paying my bill.. mebbe i should follow milan's suggestion and set up a current account with a cheque book..
